Leadership.

OUR Commitment

Our foremost leadership commitment is to be Holy Spirit led because we are well aware that unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labour in vain.

We believe that Christ is the head of the church and in His grace, God has given us different gifts to build up the church.

We want to be faithful stewards of the gift we have received, eager to serve and be examples to those entrusted to us.

Leadership Values

HOLY SPIRIT LED

Our leaders are committed to follow the Spirit's leading and produce fruits of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22-25) in order to bring transformation to families, neighbourhoods, and other spheres of influence. This is how His kingdom advance and His will done on earth, as it is in heaven

GOOD STEWARDSHIP

Our leaders are committed to taking their leadership responsibility seriously (Romans 12:8), willingly and eager (1 Peter 5:2) to feed and shepherd God’s flock of which the Holy Spirit has made them overseers (Acts 20:28).

SAFETY FIRST

Our leaders are committed to creating a safe environment for everyone (Acts 20:29-31) and to provide a safe place for all to build each other up in Christlikeness and work together to glorify God (Galatians 6:1-2).

SERVANT LEADERSHIP

Our leaders are committed to following Jesus' example (John 13:1-17), doing nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, to esteem and look upon and be concerned for the interests of others (Philippians 2:3-8).
